Day 01 Delhi
Begin your tour.
Arrive into Delhi
Welcome to Vardhman's 'Tigerland Safari Tour'! On arrival in Delhi, you
will be met and transferred by Vardhman's representative to your hotel.
Later proceed on a Combined city tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi
Visit Qutab Minar, Humayun's tomb, Lakshminarayan Temple, a modern Hindu
Temple, Parliament House, Government Secretarial Building and Connaught
place, the shopping centre of New Delhi.
Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid,
one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation
sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk,
shopping centre of Old Delhi.

Day 02 Delhi - Jaipur
This morning following a leirsurely breakfast we drive to Jaipur and
on arrival transfer to hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure./Explore the market at your own.

Day 03 Jaipur
City tour of Jaipur
This morning you will experience the wonders of this magicial pink city,
as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort - which is set on the dry wrinkled
Aravali Hills, and surrounded by fortified battlements. We will ride up
to this hilltop palace on a caparisoned, painted elephant. Later visit
the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors, Maharaja's
City Palace and the Observatory - The Solar Observatory - an astronomical
treasure house, with solar device that give accurate predictions till
date. The City Palace reflects a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture.
Drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds, a five-storied structure
of pink sandstone with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows
overlooking the main street of the old city and through the rose pink
residential and business areas of Jaipur.

Day 04 Jaipur - Ranthambore
Morning drive to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
Rest of the day at leisure/ Watch some slides on the wild life at the
hotel.

Day 05 Ranthambore
A full day game viewing inside the jungle. (Two safaris)

Day 07 Ranthambore - Bharatpur
This morning after breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Bharatpur.
On arrival at the hotel transfer to hotel.
Relax for the rest of the day.

Day 08 Bharatpur
More than 300 species of birds are found in this small wildlife park
of 29-sq-kms of which 11-sq-kms are marshes and the rest scrubland and
grassland. Keoladeo, the name derives from an ancient Hindu temple, devoted
to Lord Shiva, which stands at the centre of the park. 'Ghana' means dense,
referring to the thick forest, which used to cover the area.
Take a boat/Rikshaw ride to the nesting colonies of birds.

Day 09 Bharatpur - Agra
This morning after breakfast drive Agra.
Later proceed on a city tour of AgraVisit Taj Mahal, Red fort & Tomb
of Itmad-ud-Daula. Later you will visit a marble gallery - the flagship
store in Agra which offers an excellant range of white marble, fashionable
wear & exotic wooden articles, truly a one stop shop!

Day 10 Agra - Jhansi - Orcha - Khajuraho
This morning transfer to railway station to catch train for Jhansi
0800 hrs - Leave for Jhansi by Shatabdi Express
1105 hrs Arrive Jhansi and drive to Khajuraho.
Enroute visit Orcha

Day 11 Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
Morning City tour of KhajurahoVisit the world famous Khajuraho temples
were built by the Chandela kings between 950 AD and 1050 AD. The most
important are the Chaunset Yogini Temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, The
Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of
11 headed Vishnu, Vishvanath and Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple, Visha
Temple of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples. Visit
the Eastern group of temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple -
the only Jain Temple surviving at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures
on the outer walls of the Sanctum, the Javeri Temple dedicated to Vishnu.
The other temples in this group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna
and Adinath.
Afternoon drive to Bandhavgarh.
On arrival check in to the resort.

Day 12 Bandhavgarh
Morning and afternoon safari into the jungle
Overnight: Hotel
Day 13 Bandhavgarh - Kanha
Morning after the breakfast at the hotel we will drive to Kanha National
Park.
On arrival transfer to the hotel.

Day 14 Kanha
Morning and afternoon jungle excursion, nature walks and Safaris

Day 16 Kanha - Nagpur
This morning after breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Nagpur Airport
for flight to Delhi/Mumbai to return back home with sweet and unforgettable
memories of 'Tiger Tour ! escorted by Vardhman Vacations.
